CleanerCar aim to dispatch goods on the same day or very next working day for orders received up until 12.30pm. All orders are shipped via next-day courier. Whilst this is a next day service it may take 2 days to reach more remote parts of the country.
Our orders are shipped via Nightline for only €8.60 throughout all of Ireland, and it’s free if you order over €120. We provide a fast, reliable and cost effective shipping method.
Standard Delivery services do not apply to weekends or bank holidays.
Courier deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in to receive your order you may have to pick it up from your local depot or rearrange delivery.
You will need to provide your details (name/address) for our system to provide a shipping quote.
If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Please feel free to contact us if there is an out of stock item you wish to have and we will be happy to check if it can be quickly restocked or when we expect it back in stock.
Collection is also an option. You can collect your order from our walk-in-shop on the Old Mallow Road in Cork City.

In the event that your order has been dispatched you can return the goods within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the goods we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only less shipping costs. Please note there is also a re-stocking charge of 5% of the cost of the goods.
If an item becomes faulty you should contact us by email or phone to make us aware of the problem as soon as the fault occurs. All electrical items come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, this does not include any wear and tear items.
Any faulty item must be returned to us where we will inspect the item. If the item can be repaired under a manufacturers warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to you. Any item that is found to be faulty due to misuse will not be repaired until you have been informed of the costs involved. Delivery charges and return postage are non refundable. Please enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your items.
The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
